My professional culinary journey began in 2012 when I began studying baking and pastry at The Institute of Culinary Education in New York City. I graduated from ICE in 2013 and soon after became a mom to the most loving son, Giovanni. As new a mom I navigated the baking world at home by making cakes and other sweets for family and friends. Now, in present day, I take pride in my culinary journey and make the most delectable luxury cakes and desserts.
